Background:
Our Museum receives pre-paid bookings by two means. Firstly through “Trybooking” an on-line booking facility linked to our web site and generally used for organised events. Secondly, directly through our office. The former has their own Cancellation Policy which has no relationship to our own policy in the latter case.
Policy:
- Events
Tickets purchased for events may be refunded in full if the ticket is cancelled 5 days prior to the event. Any tickets cancelled 1 – 5 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
- Group bookings
Group bookings which have been paid for and are cancelled will be refunded in full if there is no catering involved.
Group bookings which involve catering must confirm numbers 7 days prior to the event for catering purposes. Any catering bookings which have been paid for will be refunded in full if cancelled 7 days prior to the event or earlier. Any catering cancellations after 7 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
- Individual entry tickets
Any individual tickets which are purchased for the Museum entry fee and which are cancelled, will be refunded in full on request.
